The Accu-Seal Model 6300SP represents an evolution in our original 6300 validatable sealer, integrating improved features in design, performance and flexibility. Designed specifically for medical device and other critical packaging environments, the 6300SP integrates a larger HMI digital display, a heavy-duty seal bar and actuator assembly, as well as temperature control to meet the most demanding FDA requirements for validation and total control of your packaging process.

Built to detailed specifications, the 6300SP delivers repeatable, reliable performance with validatable and calibratable across all seal parameters in compliance with ISO 11607. The 6300SP offers unparalleled ease of use during IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) as well as during change-over and production. It is also available with CE compliance.
Protected
A digital high-speed PLC controller allows for customized programming of seal temperature, time, and pressure. Two-level password protection requires supervisor password override for abnormal seal temperature profile, jaw obstruction and seal pressure. The user can program and save multiple seal recipes for ease of operation and maximum productivity, without compromising process control.
