The Audion 552 is a large continuous horizontal band sealer for bag and pouch sealing applications. Designed for speed and convenience, the 552 horizontal band sealer has an integrated conveyor that may be tilted down as much as 30° to facilitate easier bag handling. Adding to its feature-set, the seal head and conveyor can be raised or lowered to achieve a seal position that is between 28”and 36” from the floor.
Engineered for ease of use, the 552 horizontal band sealer is equipped with a digital controller and display for precise temperature setting and monitoring, plus it comes equipped with an automatic cool run shutdown feature that is designed to protect the seal belts, and extend their life. The standard version of the band sealer comes with locking casters to make moving and securing the sealer with an easy task.
This versatile continuous band sealer can be fitted with several options, including a hot stamp printer and embosser. To withstand the hygienic demands of the food industry, the 552 is also available in a stainless steel version, (552 SS).
