The Audion D545 AH is a continuous horizontal band sealer for pouches sealed in a horizontal position. The D545 has the advantage of a compact modern design and is ideal for applications that require accurate control of sealing temperature for consistent seal integrity.
This smart tabletop model uses pre-made bags that are sealed lying flat. The flexible D545 AH band sealer uses PTFE belts to seal polyethylene, polypropylene, and other foil laminated pouches and bags. The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 1.9 inches.
This band sealer has a temperature controller with digital readout and includes an automatic cool down function.The integrated conveyor belt is adjustable in height to accommodate thin to thick packages and can be pulled out up to 2.75” towards the operator to accommodate larger products. The packages move from right to left.
