Audion Futura Portable heat sealers are compact bag sealers designed for sealing low volumes of small bags. These sealers can easily attach to a table with the optional foot pedal and clamps. Audion Futura Portable hand held heat sealers come in four models to seal a wide variety of materials.
The Futura Polyis designed for sealing light and medium gauge polyethylene (PE) bags. The 6″ wide top jaw is heated and has a teflon cover for PE bags. The 35 watt heating element is designed to seal bags up to 6mi thick and produces a 1/16″ wide seal.
The Futura Poly Twinis designed for sealing heavy gauge polyethylene (PE) bags. Both 6″ wide top and bottom jaws are heated and have a Teflon cover for sealing PE bags. The Futura Poly Twin heat sealer delivers 65 watts of power for sealing bags up to 10mil thick and produces a 1/16″ wide seal.
The Futura Cellohand held heat sealer has two serrated jaws for creating a crimped seal. This bag sealer is designed for sealing mylar, polypropylene, cellophane, foil laminates, and other laminations. The Futura Cello delivers 65 watts of power and produces a 9/16″ wide seal. It has three temperature settings (low heat both jaws, one jaw high heat, both jaws high heat). The Futura Cello bag sealer is not for use with polyethylene (PE), as it will stick to the seal jaws.
The Futura Barrieris a hand held heat sealer with flat seal jaws. This bag sealer is designed for sealing military specification (mil spec) barrier material, polypropylene, cellophane, foil laminates, wax paper, and other laminates. The Futura Barrier heat sealer delivers 65 watts of power and produces a 9/16″ wide seal. It has three temperature settings (low heat both jaws, one jaw hot, both jaws hot). The Futura Barrier bag sealer is not for use with polyethylene (PE), as it will stick to the seal jaws.
