The HDMP3 bag sealer has the power and control to handle virtually any sealing, vacuum sealing or modified atmosphere gas packaging application. Industry leading seal pressure to seal the toughest materials from 20” to 60” wide.
The HDMP3 is a timer based sealer designed for use on a table top, a stand or in a full vertical position over a conveyor to maximize production.
The 4” wide jaw opening speeds production allowing the operator to easily position the package in the seal jaw area. Production flexibility all in one machine: 6 selectable seal modes including gas flush, selectable upper and lower heat, and optional preset recipes.
Simple full digital PLC controls with touch screen enable operators to be trained in minutes and offer consistent operating performance. Standard safety features include safe low-pressure jaw close, emergency stop button, and thermal overload protection.
