The PAC PI is heavy-duty pneumatic impulse sealer that is built to provide years of trouble-free service. With two heated seal jaws that creates a 5/16″ wide seal, the PI impulse sealer can seal thick polybags and films. The PI’s seal head pivots from horizontal to vertical, to meet a wide variety of packaging line configurations for bags up to 36” wide. The PAC PI Twin version has two seal head castings to provide the necessary pressure for longer seal lengths (36″ – 54″)
The PI impulse sealer is available with a number of options to better tailor the sealer to the requirements of the packaging application. The optional bag stretcher is comprised of two fingers that slip into the bag before sealing and automatically extend the edges of the bag, pulling it tight to minimize wrinkles in the seal. The optional stainless steel workshelf and bag support simplifies bag positioning by supporting the product during sealing.
The PAC PI Impulse Sealer is made in the USA and includes a 3 year limited warranty.
