The PAC PT Med is a fully validatable medical pouch sealer designed to comply with the stringent guidelines of ISO 11607 terminally sterile packaging requirements. The PT Med is a compact tabletop impulse sealer intended for medical and other industrial applications where control of process parameters is critical and seal validation is required.
PAC medical pouch sealers are capable of producing quality hermetic seals in a wide range of materials with consistency and repeatability. The PT Med is equipped with PAC’s medical control system. It is a precise temperature based system with real time monitoring of all sealing parameters for applications requiring seal validation. Built in alarm functions prevent operation when outside of validated settings. External Ports in the control cabinet allow for verification and calibration of internal controllers, a requirement for IQ/OQ processes.
PAC Machinery’s PT Medical bag sealer is available in 20″, 25″, or 30″ seal lengths with top jaw heated for sealing most medical pouches. Bi-active sealing jaws, top and bottom heat, is optional for sealing thicker and more complex materials. A jaw selector switch (optional) provides the versatility to seal with top heat only or bi-active heat.
The PT Med features an all stainless steel cabinet and high pressure pneumatic sealing capability. Ported exhaust is standard on the PT Med to allow for packaging in a clean room without risk of contaminating the environment.
The PT Med Validatable Medical Pouch Sealer is made in the USA and includes a 2 year limited warranty.
