The PAC PVT Med is a fully validatable medical vacuum sealer designed to comply with the stringent guidelines of ISO 11607 terminally sterile packaging requirements. The PVT Med is a compact tabletop vacuum sealer intended for medical and other industrial applications where control of process parameters is critical and seal validation is required.
PAC medical vacuum sealers are capable of producing quality hermetic seals in a wide range of materials with consistency and repeatability. The PVT Med is equipped with PAC’s medical control system. It is a precise temperature based system with real time monitoring of all sealing parameters for applications requiring seal validation. Built in alarm functions prevent operation when outside of validated settings. External ports in the control cabinet allow for verification and calibration of internal controllers, a requirement for IQ/OQ processes.
PAC Machinery’s PVT Med industrial vacuum sealer is available in 20″, 25″, or 30″ seal lengths with top jaw heated for sealing most medical pouches. Bi-active sealing jaws, top and bottom heat, is optional for sealing thicker or more complex materials. A jaw selector switch (optional) provides the versatility to seal with top heat only or Bi-active heat.
The PVT Med validatable vacuum sealer utilizes a venturi vacuum pump with high flow stainless steel nozzle for fast, efficient evacuation of air and gas flush for applications requiring modified atmosphere packaging. Ported exhaust is standard on the PVT Med to allow for packaging in a clean room without risk of contaminating the environment.
The PVT Med validatable vacuum pouch sealer is made in the USA and comes with a 2 year limited warranty.
